Just when we thought Heart Evangelista's sold-out collab with French label Sequoia was a once-in-a-lifetime pairing, they've partnered up yet again on another coveted limited-edition drop! While we absolutely love (Marie) that, what we're really here to dish on is the fact that Heart chose to wear a Filipino designer in the new collection's ads. Yes way!
Bea Samson, the proud local talent responsible, wrote in an Instagram post: "Here's something that made my day: a poster of Heart wearing a dress by me/Paraluman—and it's displayed by the window of the Sequoia store along rue Saint Honoré in Paris!"
Now, on to the specifics. The vibrant, painterly frock, done in a sleeveless blazer silhouette, is from Bea's ready-to-wear line Paraluman, and it appeared on the Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week 2018 runway as part of a line titled Real/Unreal.
