Did You Know? Gabbie Sarenas Designed Limited-Edition Bags for Preview Ball 2026

An annual celebration of style and the Filipino creative community, the Preview Ball 2026 returned to the Marriott Grand Ballroom at Newport World Resorts last September 10. The creative spirit was palpable as guests arrived in their deconstructed attire, while the evening honored this year's Best Filipino Fashion Designers (BFFD) awardees, Best Dressed List, Style Icon, and our September cover muse.

The display of Filipino talent wasn't limited to the program, either. Our BFFD 2024 honoree Gabbie Sarenas also collaborated with Dove Deo Serums to design an exclusive limited-edition bag.

Designed as a bag that guests can carry well beyond Preview Ball 2026, the collaborative drawstring bag is an homage to Preview and Dove Deo Serums’ shared celebration of confidence and self-expression. Rendered in pristine white silk, the dainty pouch is finished with a delicate scalloped trim in muted orange, purple, and pink. Gabbie opted for this direction to capture the essence of both brands while staying true to her atelier’s DNA.

"When I look at Preview, I see something that is fun and confident and bold. With Dove, I see something that is unapologetically feminine. So I mixed that with how I view the world, which is through the lens of old Filipino cinema," she shares, referencing her deliberate choice of muted hues of the serums' variants.
