While Dior's beauty line has enjoyed over three successful decades in the Philippines and even opened its SM Makati flagship just last 2016, this could finally be a standalone shop carrying the house's coveted fashion collections on our shores.
No further details are available, but what we're certain of is that it's going to be flinging its doors open in the glittering Solaire Resort & Casino in Parañaque. The board up is proof! Check it out:
It's one of several much-anticipated store openings in the building—Italian label Versace is also set to have its grand launch party later this year. As for exact location, sources have confirmed that Dior is sitting beside Louis Vuitton and Salvatore Ferragamo in Solaire's The Shoppes level. Excellent company. We're surmising that, based on its neighbors, the boutique might be carrying clothing and accessories.
