From the day a K-pop idol enlists in the military, time goes by much slower for their supporters. Thankfully, the BTS ARMY doesn’t have to wait much longer. Kim Namjoon and Kim Taehyung, also known as RM and V respectively, have fulfilled their mandatory military enlistment on June 10, 2025.

The two join Kim Seokjin or Jin and Jung Hoseok or J-Hope, and yesterday, have been followed by Park Jimin and Jeon Jungkook. The day the septet finally becomes complete again will be on June 21 upon the return of Min Yoongi, also known as Suga.
We eagerly await the comeback of the award-winning group as a whole, but at this moment, we direct the spotlight to their resident artistic boy who has an undeniably strong Instagram game.

V’s aesthetic and approach to fashion are an effortless blend of high-end elements, streetwear, and personal style. Simple and comfortable, yet still stands out—that’s how it could be described. It was no surprise that he greeted their supporters with an eye-catching Cartier Santos-Dumont adorning his wrist, which sold out not long after.
BTS V's Signature Style
Walk down memory lane and recall V's trademark looks, as we excitedly look forward to seeing more from the chic crooner.

Tank Tops and Muscle Tees
Exposing skin is mostly avoided in South Korea, but V shows no fear embracing his—in a tasteful way, more so. Distressed muscle tees and relaxed tank tops are essential parts of his wardrobe. V styles these in a variety of ways, from putting on trendy headwear to pairing them with ripped jeans. Whichever he goes for, one thing he never misses is accessorizing with bracelets and necklaces that add form to his look.

T-Shirts with Folded Sleeves
Sometimes, less is more. V can pull off a simple t-shirt any day, whether he’s in the mood to prioritize comfort or he’s out and about to face his filled schedules. Whichever it is, his signature move is to give a few folds to the shirt’s sleeves. It’s a little thing that only takes a few seconds, but adds a bit of character to the whole look.

Elevated Casual Attire with Scarves and Outerwear
With an established base that consists of tank tops, muscle tees, and t-shirts, V takes his casual attire to a new level through layering. Structured blazers, show-stopping jackets with fringes, embellishments and the like, and printed silk scarves are a few ways to do this.

Ditching the Layers
Creative as he is, V can go from multiple layers to, well, no layers. If a jacket or cardigan is enough to keep you warm, why not ditch the inner shirts altogether? When going for this style, V usually goes for a high-quality piece with prints and patterns, pairing them with other statement pieces like sparkling shoes or a mix of beaded and chain necklaces.
