BTS wrapped up the European leg of the highly anticipated ARIRANG World Tour with two sold-out shows in Paris. Each seat of Stade de France, which is France’s largest stadium, was occupied on July 17 and 18 in support of the tour.

While each of the seven members stood out in their own ways, one couldn’t help but notice Jung Kook’s edgy outfits that embodied the unmistakable Balenciaga DNA.

Jung Kook Wears 5 Custom Balenciaga Looks in 2 Days

Last July 20, Balenciaga revealed that they “created exclusively” a series of custom looks for the performer, designed according to the three thematic acts of the show.

“The looks reinterpret key elements from the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 collections through custom details that reflect Jungkook's signature style,” they wrote. Apart from the garments, his jewelry, sunglasses, and shoes worn at the Paris shows—including rehearsals—were by the luxury fashion house as well.

Jung Kook donned a black leather ensemble with multi-belted pants for Act One. Buckled moto gloves and an avant-garde jacket adorned with Balenciaga’s distinguishable Le City studs also completed the look. He accessorized with Venom Boots and Boomerang Cat Sunglasses, as well as the BB Icon Necklace and the DIY Pin Necklace.

Act Two presented Jung Kook in oversized silhouettes that mirror the brand’s penchant for sculptural volumes. On day one, he wore a denim jacket featuring Le City studs and a patchwork logo. Underneath this was a tie-dye logo T-shirt paired with baggy jeans.

Meanwhile, he graced the stage on day two in another look crafted with black leather. Opera gloves and oversized pants were partnered with a hooded short-sleeved top. It was thoughtfully detailed with an embroidered logo and the number 10, referencing Balenciaga’s home at 10–12 Avenue George V, where founder Cristóbal Balenciaga established the Paris ateliers in 1937.

For Act Three, the luxury fashion house reimagined BTS’ world tour merchandise as distressed, washed pieces, as seen in Jung Kook’s hoodie for day one and T-shirt for day two.

Some details include the idol’s name and initials, the tour dates and European cities, and the album’s title. The techniques for executing the different typographies varied, too, including appliqué, overdyeing, and screen printing.
