It felt like only yesterday when Awra Briguela first burst into the entertainment scene. Now that she just turned 18, the Gen Z star seems to have finally blossomed and come into her own. To commemorate this momentous occasion, Awra channelled her inner goddess in an ethereal floral-themed photoshoot.
With creative direction and styling by Paul Sese, photographer Alan Segui first shot Awra in a purple and green sheer dress by Russel May. To achieve a stellar look worthy of royalty, drag queens Marina Summers and Prince Marrell were in charge of her hair and makeup respectively. With silver jewelry resting on her neck and ears, the young actress looked like she just stepped out of a fairytale.
The next set of photos had Awra in a more sultry crocheted dress. This time, she went for a slicked-back, Naomi Campbell-esque hairstyle, while still retaining the exaggerated eye makeup and overdrawn lippie. Her piercing gaze at the camera could draw anyone in!
Come her special day, the newly-minted 18-year-old was once again surrounded by a flurry of flora. Ginger Events Styling spun her birthday venue into a pastel garden with butterflies roaming about. Awra was unquestionably the star of the night in a glittery blue mini gown.
