The modern Filipina is strong, independent, and elegant at the same time. Arci Muñoz was truly the epitome of all of these qualities at the recently concluded Philippine Festival in Tokyo, Japan. 

Commanding the crowd's attention with her matte pink Filipiniana gown, she perfectly coupled her dress with her outrageously pink ombre hair, so tastefully toned down tied in a modest low bun. Arci added some fancy flair to the simple yet chic Michael Leyva creation with her rosy cheeks and matte pink lip.
