Spring is in full swing in Tokyo. For anyone traveling there soon, the breezy weather presents the perfect excuse to stash all your favorite outerwear into your luggage. And if you gravitate towards straightforward outfits, here’s an outfit formula worth taking note of.

While exploring the city with her daughter Dahlia, Anne Curtis rocked the chicest, preppy outfit. Her ensemble consisted of a red cashmere jacket, capri pants, croc-embossed pumps, and a matching shopper tote. Ever the tastemaker, Anne rocked pieces from the coveted Chanel Spring/Summer 2026 collection, creative director Matthieu Blazy’s highly-lauded debut for the French luxury fashion house.

Anne’s outfit is a study on proportions. The fitted red cashmere cardigan pairs seamlessly with the cropped silhouette of capri pants—a 2010s staple—while black patent pumps quite literally elevate the look altogether.
