The Philippines is still proud of you, Adela!

Adela-Mae Marshall, the country's last Filipina standing on Asia's Next Top Model Cycle 6, has officially finished as a runner-up on the competition. This season saw Dana Slosar from Thailand emerge as the titleholder, ultimately winning against Adela and Mia Sabathy (Taiwan) who were both in the top three.

Adela took it to Instagram to share her sentiments on the result of the competition. She congratulated both Dana and Mia, thanked her model mentors, and addressed everyone who supported her until the end of her AsNTM journey. She wrote, "Kahit hindi ako manalo ngayon, I will continue to try and represent the Philippines in the best way I can."

For the last episode, the three models walked for the finale runway—aptly called Paradiso—clad in vibrant and avant-garde fashion. For their final photo challenge, Mia, Adela, and Dana were each asked to pose alongside their loved ones for a family portrait, which was photographed by their model mentor and judge Yu Tsai. Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and the show's host Cindy Bishop also joined him in the panel.

While Adela wasn't able to secure a back-to-back win for the Philippines, it has been a delight to see her transform and grow as a model throughout the competition. Here's a look back on all her previous photos from AsNTM:

Adela was dubbed as the cycle's chameleon model who climbed to the top three armed with a sweet face, a positive disposition, and a determined mind to win the title.

Despite falling short on the last leg of the competition, Adela's fierce passion for the craft will definitely take her far! Congratulations, Adela! We're proud of you.
