Basti hails from a powerhouse business family. His father, Martin Ignacio Lorenzo, made waves in the food industry by running Del Monte Philippines and spearheading the growth of Pancake House before it was acquired by Max’s Group for over P3 billion in 2014.
These days, Martin wears many hats—he’s the chairman and CEO of Central Azucarera de Tarlac, Inc., a key player in the sugar milling sector, and holds executive roles in over a dozen companies, including the International School for Culinary Arts & Hotel Management and First Lucky Property Corp.
