As the name implies, the Basque Burnt Coffee Cheesecake is a coffee-flavored cheesecake that goes by the Basque style of the dessert—that is, with a decidedly burnt, caramelized top that reveals a creamy interior within. You can get a six-inch round cake for P750.
For purists, W Kitchen also makes a classic Basque Burnt Cheesecake (P850/seven inches), as well as a Chocolate version (P750/five inches). If you prefer a fruity bite, you can go for the Mulberry Lemon Cake (P680).
