How Much It Costs to Stay at BTS' Los Angeles Estate Featured in "BTS: The Return"
Spend a month at the Airbnb estate where BTS stayed while creating their comeback album Arirang.

After nearly four years, BTS is officially back. Following their mandatory military service, the seven-member group returned with their comeback album Arirang, which they first performed at a free Netflix-streamed concert in South Korea. Alongside the release came BTS: The Return, a documentary directed by Bao Nguyen that captures the final stretch of the album’s creation.
Part of that story unfolds far from Seoul. For two months, the group stayed in a private estate in Los Angeles, working and living together as they wrapped up the project. The expansive, secluded property is designed for long, uninterrupted stretches of work and relaxation—and it’s also available to book on Airbnb.
The Summitridge Estate Featured in BTS: The Return
Tucked into Beverly Hills, the Summitridge Estate spans nearly an acre of landscaped grounds, with multiple structures spread across the property.
The main house holds five bedrooms, along with shared areas like a den, family room, and library. High ceilings and expansive windows open up to the surrounding gardens, while fireplaces and covered outdoor walkways carry through the rest of the space. Separate from the main residence is a poolside theater, where the documentary shows BTS watching some of their old videos, and a two-bedroom guest house with its own kitchen, living area, and wellness room.

In total, the estate has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, alongside outdoor features that include a swimming pool, garden, and multiple areas for dining and lounging. The layout allows for privacy across different parts of the property, which likely made it conducive to both work and downtime during the group’s stay.

Booking the estate comes with a few conditions. A minimum stay of 30 days is typically required. On Airbnb, a monthly rate is listed at around P7,615,547. Luxury rental platform Haute Retreats places the nightly rate at $8,500, or roughly P514,600.
Concierge service is included, with optional add-ons like a private chef, grocery pre-stocking, and activity planning available. Standard amenities cover essentials such as a fully equipped kitchen, gym, and heated pool.
