The Kissing Booth franchise is finally coming to a close with its third and final installment. If you need a refresher, the second film found Joey King’s Elle in a bind as she had to choose between her boyfriend Noah and dreamy newcomer Marco. Her relationship with the former prevailed, but while they did get their happy ending in movie number two, it looks like someone’s heart is bound to get broken yet again come the YA’s finale.
Moving on to The Kissing Booth 3, Elle and her friends spend their last summer vacation together before going to college. The fun and games are immediately cut short when our protagonist is finally forced to face reality and make the biggest decision of her life: Will she move across the country and go to Harvard with Noah, or will she fulfill her childhood promise to attend Berkley with her BFF Lee? With an eventful bucket list, great white sharks, and a whole musical number involved, viewers can definitely gear up for one wild ride. Not to mention Marco, who’s still dangerously charming, is set to return in TKB3 to complicate things even further.

Joining Joey King in the cast are Joel Courtney, Jacob Elordi, Taylor Zakhar, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Meganne Young, and Molly Ringwald. If you need a reminder of just how successful the franchise is, The Kissing Booth 2 made its mark three years ago as the most rewatched Netflix film of 2018.
