In today’s hyperconnected world, fitness has expanded beyond personal regimens into full-fledged travel experiences. From joining marathons and Hyrox competitions abroad to booking classes at Hollywood-approved establishments like SoulCycle or Dogpound, working out is no longer sidelined when traveling—it’s actively built into the itinerary.
Across global cities, boutique studios and health clubs have redefined what it means to move, blending intentional programming with design-forward spaces that feel as curated as the routines themselves. This is the ethos that inspired the founders of Scoop Pilates Studio: to create an elevated space where design and function exist in seamless harmony; a local fitness destination that is every bit world-class and worth plotting in your busy schedule.
Scoop Pilates Manila Reimagines What It Means to be a Global Fitness Destination
Located on the fifth floor of Opus Mall, Scoop Pilates Studio exudes a low-key yet luxe atmosphere. Rendered in soft earth tones, the space is airy, polished, and undeniably IG-worthy, with a refined sensibility that mirrors its surroundings of curated lifestyle stores and cafés. But beyond its visual appeal, the studio is built with both purpose and community in mind—operating from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. to accommodate working professionals and even offering both pre-natal and post-natal sessions.
Inspired by boutique studios the founders visited abroad, Scoop is designed to accommodate up to 14 practitioners at a time, with a spacious lounge that students can hang out in between classes. Whether you opt for reformer, tower, or chair Pilates—via group or private sessions—each class strikes a balance between the motivational energy of a group setting and the deliberate attention of one-on-one instruction.
At Scoop, pilates is not merely performative, and precision is a priority. Classes are coached in real time, with instructors offering continuous cues and corrections to ensure proper alignment and control—never just going through the motions and mindlessly rattling off the sequence. The studio also follows a structured, program-based approach, making client progression intentional, trackable, and sustainable. This is best seen in its signature Strength Reformer Experience (SRX), a guided sequence that builds from foundational technique toward strength and endurance. The result is a practice that feels both elevated and grounded—where movement is not just performed, but fully understood and executed well.

As it moves toward becoming a proudly homegrown destination studio, Scoop reinforces its commitment to quality by exclusively using Merrithew equipment, a global leader in Pilates education and apparatus. It also sets itself apart with a dedicated strength-training room equipped with TRX, free weights, and a Swedish ladder to supplement traditional Pilates for those looking to develop greater movement capacity or address asymmetries and scoliosis patterns.
Group reformer class sessions start at P1,000/head for packages of 10 classes.
