Newlyweds Sam Pinto and Anthony Semerad have officially moved in to their first home as husband and wife! And while we've seen snippets of the stunning space on Sam's Instagram, the entrepreneur finally unveiled the entire thing on her YouTube channel.
In the vlog, Sam shares that she designed the condo herself, opting for a chic tropical vibe that stays true to her personal style. We're absolutely in love with every nook of her home, and if you scroll ahead, you definitely will be, too!
Sam Pinto and Anthony Semerad's Tropical Style Condo
1. Foyer
You can already feel the resort vibes of the couple's home on the foyer. Sam displayed small plants in the area, and hung decor with wooden accents such as a round mirror and curved wooden planks. They also have storage by the floor for footwear and "new normal" necessities for easy access.
2. Dining Area
The tropical feel only gets even better when you reach their dining area. Sam wanted to keep a light wood and all-white theme to achieve this look, as you can probably tell from the rattan lamps and dining set-up. We love how she added a wooden bench, too!
3. Coffee Nook
On the other side of the dining area is Sam's coffee nook, where she has her beloved coffee machine and ingredients for her go-to latté recipes. It's also where she places her smart speaker that allows her to turn the lights on or off via voice command! To make the most out of the area, she added a shelf with a mug rack and displayed more tropical knick-knacks.
4. Living Area
Sam and Anthony's living area is probably the coziest space in their entire home. Just look at that gorgeous tan couch! It's the perfect base for the subtle pops of color, from the throw pillows to the framed prints. They go perfectly with the wooden and rattan furniture.
5. Kitchen
Their kitchen focuses more on function than aesthetic, having mostly an all-white theme. That said, Sam did place some custom-made counter stools to give their breakfast area some texture.
6. Selfie Area
We all know Sam is all about capturing that perfect IG selfie, so it's no surprise that she has a dedicated selfie nook at home. She placed this area outside of their home gym, keeping it minimal with a full-length curved mirror and a wooden standing rack.
7. Bedroom
The newlyweds' bedroom follows the minimal tropical feel of the rest of the home, with everything mostly in white with light wood accents. Sam's favorite piece of decor here are her hanging brooms (or her walis, as she fondly calls them), and we don't blame her!
8. Closet
The closet space shown in the video was mostly for Anthony, because apparently, Sam has her own walk-in closet! We're definitely staying tuned for a tour of that soon!
9. Home Office
A few steps away from the bedroom is this quaint work area that they turned into a resort-like space with a wooden CPU covering and a small desk plant in a gold pot.
10. Bathroom
Lastly, the couple gave a peek inside their bathroom. Sam admits that she was inspired by the subway tiles she saw on interior design shows so she got them for her own home. She showed their individual vanity areas as well, pointing out how Anthony's beauty products take up more storage than hers!
Bonus: Home Gym
Because of the pandemic, Sam and Anthony decided to transform their guest bedroom into a home gym. It has all of Anthony's equipment for when he isn't playing basketball, which includes a cable machine plus cool manual treadmill that doesn't need electricity...and apparently burns more calories!
