Heart started off the 15-second video with a witty disclaimer. "Hindi ko naman sinasabi na rich ako, pero kung gusto mong magpanggap, why not?" She then proceeded to share her key advice:"Dapat bilang [sa kamay ang tawa]," demonstrating the distinctly posh laugh.
You see, according to the fashion maven's amusing tutorial, perfecting the "rich girl laugh" simply requires counting your syllables with one hand, letting out the laugh in a sing-song tune, all while maintaining a poised demeanor as you burst out in laughter.
