At today's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, it was Nadine Lustre who carried our flag. The actress won the iconic orange blimp trophy and was crowned Favorite Pinoy Star for 2017!
Other local female actresses including Janella Salvador, Janine Gutierrez and Liza Soberano were also in the running for the category. But after a competitive round of online voting, Nadine emerged as the winner.
Since Nadine wasn't able to attend the event in California, she sent in a video greeting instead. In it, she thanked everyone who voted for her and complied with an important KCA tradition: getting slimed!
