Sad news, Philippines. Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo is officially out of the race for Miss Universe 2020. The country's bet for the international beauty pageant made it to the top 21, but was unable to qualify for the competition's top 10. Rabiya's final walk on the stage was for the pageant's swimsuit competition, where she showed off her "Hala Bira" walk in a yellow two-piece swimsuit and shoes by Filipino designer Jojo Bragais.
