The Kissing Booth's back for another kilig-inducing movie, and it's bringing a whole lot of drama in tow! Meaning, it's almost time to indulge in yet another Netflix guilty pleasure.
In case you forgot, after spending a romantic summer together, the first film ended with a Harvard-bound Noah (Jacob Elordi), and Elle (Joey King), quite literally, riding off into the sunset hopeful for his return. The question remains: Did the pair push through with a long distance relationship? The sequel has all the answers, and signs point to yes! But not without its own set of complications, of course.
While her beau's off being an independent college boy, the teen rom-com's sequel starts with Elle entering her senior year of high school. It's not long until she's already struggling to juggle college applications, LDR video calls, trust issues, and a budding friendship with the new guy in school. Sounds like the perfect rollercoaster to escape our own eventful lives, if you ask us.
