Getting featured on Sports Illustrated Swimsuit is no joke. It gave supermodels like Gigi Hadid and Tyra Banks a big boost in their modeling careers back in the day. That said, we couldn't be prouder to find out that our very own Kelsey Merritt has recently graced the pages of the cult classic magazine yet again!
Kelsey was first seen on Sports Illustrated back in 2019 as part of their SI Rookies list, where she was photographed in the Bahamas. This current feature marks the Filipino-American’s second consecutive time appearing on the special edition.
In an Instagram post, Kelsey shared the spread shot by photographer Kate Powers on the sandy beaches of the Dominican Republic. The photographer then posted a cheeky bikini shot of Kelsey on her own feed, too!
Kelsey’s feature is part of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s 2020 issue featuring cover girls Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, SI Swimsuit 2019 Rookie of the Year Jasmine Sanders, and model Kate Bock.
