Belle is currently in South Africa with her husband Adrien Semblat, and the photo was presumably taken inside an Hermès boutique at the airport. Her comparison of the luxury brand's pricing with a feeding program didn't sit well with many people, given that malnutrition and poverty still persist as major issues in Africa.
