Toyo Eatery

A pioneer of modern Filipino gastronomy, Toyo Eatery continues to define the country’s culinary identity. “‘Toyo,’ Tagalog for ‘soy sauce,’ hints at the restaurant’s appreciation of apparently simple items that in fact take time and are complex to craft,” writes the Michelin Guide.
