Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin Are Getting Married
After a decade-long relationship, the K-drama power couple has officially announced their December wedding.
K-drama fans, this is not a drill. After 10 years of quietly being one of the most stable celebrity couples in South Korea, Hallyu stars Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin are finally getting married. Their agency, AM Entertainment, confirmed the news on November 20.

In its official statement, the agency shared that the longtime couple have “built deep trust over many years” and have decided it’s time to make things official. Several Korean outlets report that they’re planning an intimate wedding in Seoul this December—small, private, and (as expected) very much on their own terms.
"Hello, this is AM Entertainment.
We would like to deliver delightful news involving our artists Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin.
Based on the deep mutual trust built over their long relationship, Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin have promised to become partners for life.
The couple's wedding ceremony will take place privately on December 20 in Seoul, with only family and close acquaintances present.
We ask that you send your warm congratulations to the couple who has arrived at an important decision in their lives, and we also promise to do our best so that both artists can continue to remain diligent in their careers and repay your love and support.
Thank you."
Kim Woo Bin later shared a handwritten letter to fans, expressing gratitude as he prepares to “start a family” with Shin Min Ah.
Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin first met on the set of a Giordano clothing brand campaign in early 2015. The shoot paired the actress—already a household name in K-dramas and brand endorsements—with Kim Woo Bin, then one of the industry’s most promising actor-models. Industry insiders described their on-set chemistry as “natural” and “effortless.” Months later, in July 2015, their agencies confirmed that the two were dating.
The couple's bond was tested in 2017, when Kim Woo Bin was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer. Throughout his treatment and hiatus, Shin Min Ah was consistently by his side. It was a chapter that strengthened public admiration for them, not because of what they shared publicly, but because of how they protected each other privately.
Years later, they reunited onscreen in the 2022 series Our Blues, though notably not as romantic leads—a decision that echoed their long-standing preference to keep their real relationship off-camera.
