SB19 Pablo Named as 1Z Entertainment's New President

1Z Entertainment has announced a shift in leadership. In a statement shared across its official social media platforms, the company introduced a new executive lineup “as it deepens its commitment to the Philippine music industry.”

Founded in mid-2023 by SB19 members Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, the music label was established to manage their careers independently while championing their advocacy of uplifting Filipino talent on the global stage.

Nearly three years on, 1Z Entertainment enters a new phase with an organizational restructuring aimed at supporting its continued expansion.

The board now comprises six individuals overseeing key divisions. At the helm of it all is SB19 leader Pablo Nase, who has been appointed president.

Before taking on the role, Pablo served as founding Chief Executive Officer. He now transitions into a broader leadership position alongside Julian De Dios, previously Chief Operating Officer, who now assumes the role of Vice President and CEO.

In an Instagram post, Julian offered some insight into the company’s direction moving forward. “We’re restructuring to better serve the ‘dream,’” he wrote.

Pablo’s appointment signals a strengthened focus on artistic direction, positioning him to guide the board with what the company describes as his “signature artistic vision.”

1Z Entertainment was established in 2023 by the members of SB19 following their departure from ShowBT. The label was created to uplift the local music scene while offering artists a space for uninhibited creative expression—a space which they call “The Zone.”

While the agency handles SB19's management and produces music, the company is working to broaden its scope. Plans include talent scouting initiatives, with early discussions surrounding the launch of a girl group already underway.
