She passed away at only 45 years old.
Criscilla was born on March 25, 1980, and she grew up in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. She was only 45 years old at her time of passing.
She was a professional dancer.
Performing with artists like Britney Spears and Rihanna, Criscilla built a career as a coveted hiphop dancer. She also remarkably became the choreographer of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, where she would appear with the squad and serve as a judge for the team auditions.
She was a devoted mother of four.
Country Ever After showed Criscilla’s life with her then-husband, country singer Coffey Anderson. They were married for 13 years and separated in 2022, but they remained partners in parents and in navigating life with disease.
They had three children together, as well as one step-daughter from Coffey’s previous relationship. Criscilla left loving reminders for each of their children through her posthumous letter, saying, “I am watching over you. When a moment feels warm, familiar, or too beautiful to be coincidence—that’s me. I’m still mothering you. I’m still yours.”

She also appeared in a Netflix docuseries for her work as a choreographer.
America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders highlighted Criscilla’s work and impact on the team. It follows the grueling process of pursuing the life of a cheerleader, from auditions and training camp to National Football League season.
She had a seven-year battle with colon cancer.
Criscilla was first diagnosed with stage four colon cancer in 2018. It was declared in remission back in 2021, but it dreadfully recurred a year later and led to her recent passing.
Rest in peace, Criscilla.
