SB19 premiered the music video for DUNGKA!, a song from their latest EP Simula at Wakas, on April 25, 2025. It maintains the top spot of the trending YouTube videos under the music category today. The Filipino boy group, consisting of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, has been consistent with their message of choosing kindness without allowing people to step on you—especially when you know your worth. This song is no exception to that.

DUNGKA! is a stylized version of the Filipino phrase, “Doon ka!” which is used to tell someone to move farther, get out, or go away. The song appears to be the quintet’s response to uninvited bashing and name-calling, which they are no strangers to. The overall vibe of the sound, lyrics, and style of the song can be described as loud but confident, aggressive but colorful. The video communicates that power is held by each individual, and music can serve as our shield or weapon to stand our ground and fight for what we deserve. With music on SB19’s side, they can remain unflinching against critics, no matter what’s thrown their way.

SB19 Moms
We wouldn’t have SB19 if it weren’t for their parents, especially their moms! Introduced as the community’s resident zumba ladies, Gemma De Dios, Mylene Ajero, Grace Nase, and Aldrene Stephanie Santos made the music video a lot more special for Justin, Stell, Pablo, and Josh, respectively. While Ken's mother was unable to be part, there’s no doubt that he still felt the maternal love with each of them by his side.

Ever so witty and relatable, Malupiton was seen chatting with Pablo and other men by the sidewalk in true Filipino fashion. Of course, a Malupiton feature wouldn’t be complete without a close up of him sticking his tongue out.
