Everyone knows that preparing for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is no joke. Models spend months perfecting their bodies at the gym, doing intense workouts almost every day, and making massive changes with their diet. Filipina-American model Kelsey Merritt, who walked on the VS runway last year, experienced all of this firsthand. In fact, she was already training like an Angel before she even got booked for the show! That said, aside from her daily Instagram stories, we have yet to find out the exact details of a VS model-approved workout. But with Zac Efron's most recent vlog, it seems we don't have to wonder any longer!
