Self-taught makeup artist Raychel Newton has a challenge for all beauty junkies out there (and brace yourself because it’s a totally crazy one). Ready? She calls it #FaceFullofFoodChallenge.
If the official hashtag didn't give it away, the challenge is to apply makeup on your face using, well, food. In her Instagram video (which already has 38.3K views and counting), she demonstrated how it should be done using cacao powder as eyeshadow and brow filler, honey as primer, beet as lip color, even a chocolate bar for contouring. As ridiculous as it may sound to trade your makeup kit for the contents of your kitchen cabinet, this makeup artist invites everyone else to join her in this “ridiculous but hilariously fun” makeup challenge for the holidays.
