A late night attempt to purchase her favorite eyelash curler has landed KC Concepcion a history-making beauty contract. She is the new face of Shiseido Philippines and the Japanese beauty brand's first local ambassador! The news was revealed during the brand's launch for the Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing Foundation, a product that KC herself has raved about on Instagram.
During the event, Shiseido General Manager Jen Jimenez shared how the collaboration came to be. Turns out, the brand noticed KC's stories about their cult-favorite eyelash curler and loved it. They even decided to send her beauty loot the very next day! It was all in perfect timing, too, because according to Jen, the Philippines is one of the brand's stronger markets in Asia and they felt that it was high time to finally have a local ambassador. And being a true Shiseido girl, KC is the perfect choice!
