K-Palette 1Day Tattoo Lasting 2Way Eyebrow Liner 24H has been chosen by the Preview team as the Best Brow product of 2019. This and 24 other products were reviewed by 25 real girls for this year's Preview Girls' Choice Awards to see if these products truly deserved their title. Ahead, marketing associate Tine Castañeda gives us her thoughts on the product:
Since I am a young professional who is always on-the-go, it is important that my eyebrow makeup does not easily disappear, most especially when I am out. "Kilay is life," as they say. Hence, I am on the lookout for a brow product that will last me all day and will require little to no touch-ups.
The Product: K-Palette 1Day Tattoo Lasting 2Way Eyebrow Liner 24H
What It Is
K-Palette 1Day Tattoo Lasting 2Way Eyebrow Liner 24H is a brow liner made to give you brow definition and fullness. It is a smudge-proof, water-resistant eyebrow liner paired with a strong holding brow powder that is highly pigmented to create a softer appearance.

Current Condition
My eyebrows are naturally unruly and are in dire need to be maintained to keep it in place and on fleek. I usually use a pencil first to shape my eyebrows, fill it up, and use an eyebrow gel for a long-lasting touch.
How I Used It
This is actually my first time to use an "eyebrow tattoo." Sans the long-term commitment to a permanent one, I expected that this will give me good eyebrows for a long period of time, even under the heat of the sun.
I first applied the liquid tint to shape and fill my brows, followed by the powder to fill in the gaps. I found myself skipping on using my brow gel since the product itself seemed to be enough. It stayed put all day and required no reapplications. Whenever my face got oily in the T-zone, I'd usually apply a little powder. And to my surprise, my oiliness did not affect the tint on my brows. They looked defined even at the end of my work day and as I commuted going home in the evening.

Conclusion
Despite its unusual liner and powder combination, I found the product easy to use, thanks to its easy-to-follow instruction guide on the packaging. This liquid tint is very beginner-friendly, too. Each stroke comes out in feathery, hair-like lines, so it's impossible to overdo. I liked how the pen, despite being pigmented, grants the user the freewill to control the end-result. It does not make your eyebrows look stiff, too—rather, it gives your brows a soft and natural look. The color of the tint and powder blends well against my fair skin.
Overall, I am satisfied in using the product since it gave me a natural, brushed up eyebrow look. My eyebrows looked softer than they usually are (yet still defined and framed my face nicely), and the powder did a good job at filling the gaps and diffusing the color where it's needed.
The only challenge was drawing my eyebrows the first few days because of the liquid pen tip since I’m used to the regular pencil tip. But that's something I can easily get the hang of doing eventually. After discovering this product, I'm definitely planning on sticking with it. It cuts my makeup time a bit shorter and I won't have to babysit my brows the entire day!
