Normally, white eyeliner is applied on the lower waterline to make the eyes look bigger, but Julia wore it winged out on her eyelids! See how she did it below:
Makeup artist Ting Duque paired the look with a lot of mascara, a subtle cut crease, and yellow-toned highlighter on her tear ducts to make her eyes appear brighter, in effect making her seem more doe-eyed.
The good news? Whether you've got fair or morena skin, you can pull off this look. It gives a pop of color on the lids. Plus, its cool hue can make your peepers look wide awake!
