If you're on a mission to simplify your everyday glam, you can always turn to K-beauty for some of the best minimal makeup tips. And to make things easy for you, we gathered three tutorials from K-pop stars Jessica Jung, Tiffany Young, and Hyuna, who all have cop-worthy tricks you can add to your daily makeup routine. See them below!
Jessica Jung
K-pop star Jessica Jung's daily makeup is all about enhancing the eyes. She starts off by filling in her brows with a pencil and a powder in different shades because according to her, blending two colors on your brows will make them look more natural. To perfect the look, she recommends setting your brows with a brown mascara that's meant for your lashes to give the hairs more texture. Speaking of lashes, Jessica has quite the lash curling technique. She pinches the hairs repeatedly from root to tip by pulling the eyelash curler upwards, and after applying mascara, she heats a stick with a lit match and uses it to "iron" her lashes upwards.
That's about the most complicated part of her routine. Because for her base, she just dots and blends a coral cream blush on her cheeks and dots concealer over any visible blemishes. Finally, she achieves a gradient lip look by lining the outside her lips with a light nude color and filling in the center with a darker tone. She then blends the edges with a cotton bud to get that K-beauty blurred effect!

Tiffany Young
Girls' Generation's Tiffany Young shared her 18-step beauty routine with Vogue for their Beauty Secrets series, revealing some of her best everyday makeup tips in the process. She showed that she preps her skin for makeup with a tightening mask, which reduces the appearance of pores. After hydrating with an essence, eye serum, and a cocktail of primers, Tiffany moves on to her base.
The singer says blending foundation out with a wet beauty sponge helps it fuse into your skin better, and that she only applies powder over areas that tend to crease such as the undereyes and sides of the nose. And if you don't like heavy contouring, here's Tiffany has a tip for an instantly narrower face: Focus your blush on the apples of your cheeks. As for her eye makeup, she recommends switching your eyeliner for a dark brown eyeshadow for everyday wear for a softer look—it's easier to apply, too!

Hyuna
For selfie-ready makeup with a pop of color, take cues from soloist Hyuna. Her everyday look consists of a flawless base and a striking red lip that'll make you look extra polished in seconds. Hyuna loves using a cushion foundation to quickly even out her skin tone, her favorite one being the YSL All Hours Cushion. And to cop her "drunk blush" look without accidentally applying too much, apply blush on the apples of your cheeks first and then sweep the excess product on the brush over your nose. Now match that with a red lipstick you love, but to make the process extra breezy, Hyuna suggests swiping lipstick on your lower lip first, and just smacking your lips together to instantly blend it to the upper lip.
