Don't sweat it!

Our hot and humid weather is the reason why most people opt out of getting bangs. But that didn't seem to stop Heart Evangelista, who recently got her own set of fringe to switch up her look! She's even been showing us tons of ways to style it, proving that bangs can be hot weather-appropriate if you put your mind (and hair) to it. Here are some ideas courtesy of Heart:

1. Mid-parted, with a ponytail

When it's too hot out for a full fringe moment, part your locks in the middle and turn your bangs into face-framing layers instead. Pair it with a ponytail to make the look extra breezy!

2. Face-framing bun

Like Heart, you can gather your tresses in a bun and wear your bangs in two equal sections to frame your face!

3. High volume

Heart seems to favor parting her fringe in the middle, and we love how the extra volume gives her an almost-micro-fringe moment. To get yours to behave the same way, create a mid-part and blow dry each half of your bangs separately with a roller brush to add volume and shine.

4. Accessorized

Hiding your freshly-snipped fringe is a challenge that a hair accessory can't solve. Try sliding a barrette right at the ends to subtly sweep the hair away from your face.

5. Finger waves

Add a sculptural detail to your look by shaping your fringe in gorgeous finger waves. Start by applying either mousse or gel on your hair, and with a fine-toothed comb, gently shape your saturated locks into a curve. Set the look with some hairspray for good measure!
