I never leave the house without wearing mascara. I feel like my look is incomplete without it. Personally, I find that it gives that added flare to my face and makes my eyes pop! Wearing mascara can instantly change the game and also make you feel more confident. Watch this video for my mascara hack to achieve fuller and longer lashes, almost as if you just got extensions and a perm:
Step 1: Curl your lashes to the sky! Use little pumping motions when clamping down your curler to make sure your eyelashes are pointing up. Shu Uemura’s Limited Edition Gold Eyelash Curler is all about precision curling and delivering the most natural-looking curls.

Step 2: Pick your mascara! Practically any mascara works for this hack as long as you use one with a brush tip rather than a comb applicator.

For this tutorial, I used the Gigi Hadid X Maybelline Fiber Mascara. Other mascaras that work just as well are the L’Oréal Voluminous Lash Paradise and the Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara.

Step 3: Apply the mascara in a side-to-side motion starting from the roots to the tips of your eyelashes. This creates more volume at the base to make your lashes appear fuller.
Step 4: Wait for your lashes to dry completely. Spend this time watching cat videos on YouTube to kill time. It’s the best way to make the time pass while having a giggle.
Step 5: Once the mascara has dried, take your eyelash curler and curl your lashes again. Gently press your lashes against the eyelash curler for an instant lash lift. Boom! Without even applying another coat of mascara, this hack makes your lashes appear fuller and longer, almost as if you just got a perm. Yasss!
