Town & Country recently held their much-awaited gastronomic event, Fabulous Food Affair, at the Raffles and Fairmont Makati ballroom. Special guests and friends filled the room to a brim as they sampled the culinary creations of the best chefs in Manila, accompanied by good wine and great conversations. Fabulous, indeed.
The country's top chefs like J. Gamboa, J. Luis Gonzalez, Margarita Fores, Rob and Sunshine Pengson, Tippi Tambunting, Bruce Ricketts, Didier Derouet, and Miko Aspiras all created one of kind dishes that surely pleased the palate—roast bone marrow on brioche, foie gras and gingerbread terrine, seared prawns with tamal colado chorizo, to name a few! A wide array of cheese provided by JC De Terry and a fine selection of wine to match from Estates & Wine completed the night's feast.
