This whole shebang was actually Scout Magazine’s launch, Hinge Inquirer’s new baby headed by no other than Cai Subijano. Scout is a free publication (hooray!) that is made for millennials focusing on their interest when it comes to fashion, music, and a whole lot more.
Until you get a copy of Scout, why don't you browse through the photo gallery to see who partied the night away in celebration to their launch!
