When you get a #PreviewGirlsClub invite, you go! Because that always means that something great is coming your way. Whether it’s a sumptuous meal in one of Manila’s most talked about dining spots, a pampering cruise on a yacht, or shopping with your fellow Preview girls, we make sure it's something fun. For the launch of the Melissa X Jeremy Scott collaboration, the team took the celebration by heart and went all out to spruce up the Melissa boutique at SM Aura.
Joining the ranks of Karl Lagerfeld, Vivienne Westwood, and Jean Paul Gaultier, who have all worked with the Brazilian footwear brand, is Jeremy Scott. As the creative director of Moschino and his namesake label, Jeremy Scott is known for his natural inclination to pop culture which makes his aesthetic a perfect fit with the fantastic plastics of Melissa.
Scott designed two signature styles: an ankle boot and mules. Along with it are two pairs of flats, a pair of sandals, and rain boots for kids.
“Being my first foray into plastic footwear, I wanted to play with the concept of inflatable pool toys,” Scott shares. Ladies, it’s too cute! All the styles have a mock air nozzle to hint at the inflatable pool toy inspo.

Pau Alberto picked the candy pink version.
Cupcakes for everyone!
Doesn’t Aryanna Epperson look like a Barbie doll?
Tessa Prieto-Valdes, Daphne Oseña-Paez, and co-owner Joanna Co-Fong dressed vibrantly for the event.
One of our favorites would have to be the Barblie mules that Janeena Chan,
and Kat Valdez picked.
Katarina Rodriguez ended up getting the white version of these boots.
Rissa Mananquil also dropped by even though it was raining that afternoon.
Meanwhile, Raiza Poquiz,
and Bea Benedicto, all went with super cute ballet flats.
Needless to say, it was another shopping event for the books. ‘Til next time!
