Since starting on the platform, the Filipino-American designer has racked up more than 116,000 followers and 2.2 million likes, impressing her audience with her amazing sewing skills and eye for design.
Ysabel's most popular TikTok video, which currently has 1.4 million views, shows her altering her aunt's dress from the '90s into a casual everyday piece. The transformation was simple, but it'll definitely inspire anyone to breathe new life into an old piece! Aside from alteration videos, the California-based designer's also has cool content about thrifting, upcycling, DIY-ing fashion accessories, and fashion styling as well.
Here's another fun fact about the Ysabel: She was one of the 12 young designers in the first season of Project Runway Junior that aired in 2015! She's been designing and pursuing fashion design since then, and is currently pursuing a degree in fashion design and merchandising.
