Yam Concepcion and Miguel Cuunjieng have officially tied the knot! After having kept their engagement a secret for two whole years, the pair finally exchanged their I do's in an intimate civil ceremony surrounded by their nearest and dearest. The venue? A yacht floating down the Hudson River in New York City!

Simple, minimalist wedding gowns are totally in, and 32-year-old actress is the latest bride to make a case for this. For her big day, she donned a lovely puff sleeve maxi dress, which she paired with a dainty straw hat, embellished with a velvet olive ribbon and dried flowers.
Keeping with the soft, dainty motif, she wore her shoulder-length hair down, with loose chain braids. For her makeup, Yam opted to keep it minimal—she wore a barely-there lip, natural blush, and kept her eyes soft and simple with mascara and brown shadows. We couldn't have imagined a better look for Yam—her natural beauty really shone through!

Meanwhile, her now-husband Miguel complemented her garden-appropriate ensemble with a pale blue cotton blazer, a white button-down, brown trousers, and suede brown boots.
Given their 1910s-inspired ensembles and the nautical setting, we couldn't help but think of Titanic!

Present at the humble ceremony were the couple's families and several friends, including Tim Yap and MJ Felipe. Yam also made sure to bring her adorable dog, Tiny!

Congratulations, Yam and Miguel!
