Would You Wear: Sheer Dresses

Are you brave enough to don these skin-tastic sheaths?
Would You Wear: Sheer Dresses Are you brave enough to don these skin-tastic sheaths?

Is it just us or are more and more women showing a lot more skin? We're not talking about the usual way of baring legs in a mini or showing a bit of back or decollete with a low-cut dress. It's all about sheer mesh dresses with panels of opaque fabric designed to cover what's most important. Rest-assured that all eyes were on the wearers out of both admiration and curiosity. Style Bible first spotted Veejay Floresca's geometric version on the runways of Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2011. The look was picked up by Lovi Poe who wore one of his dresses to the premier of "My Neighbor's Wife." Maxene Magalona had her own, longer version made in time for the Esquire Ball. Of course, Anne Curtis and Pam Quinones caused a stir all over cyberspace as they both wore versions of Rajo Laurel's ultra revealing Black Widow dress to the Philippine Fashion Ball. Not one to be outdone, Divine Lee took her sequined version of the dress out for a spin during the Esquire Ball. The big question that flew our way when the photos popped up was, did they or didn't they go without their skivvies. Well, Veejay said the girls would either opt for a nude body-con under dress as in Lovi's case, a nude bodysuit or a a black bandeau and boy-leg shorts like Maxene. Rajo, on the other hand, revealed that the dress was actually designed to wear like a bodysuit; meaning these ladies slipped into it like they would a pair of leggings or a swimsuit. All-safe in this arena! One thing's for sure, these women looked stunning! So we pose the question, would you dare give these sheer dresses a go? Why not? It's a sexy and glamorous way to show off my body!
It looks amazing but I think I'd rather see it on other women than wear it myself!
