Will Camille Co Be The Next Mango It Girl? Vote to make it happen!

MANGO’s been on the look out to find their next It Girl for S/S 2012 and it looks like Philippine blogger Camille Co has a fighting chance. The cyberspace favorite, and one of Preview’s Best Dressed for 2011,  landed a spot in the top 5, moving her on to phase 2 of the contest—the determination of the grand prize winner via public vote.

Camille is not only the only Filipina to make it to the finals but is also the only Asian! Since the announcement, things will be quite exciting for the style blogger who will be flown, all expenses paid, to the brand’s headquarters in Barcelona for a special shopping, styling, and photo session on November 29, 2011.

You can view Camille’s other Mango looks in the Sixties, Menswear, Animal Print, and Metallic Blogger Challenges here in Style Bible!

She is up against Kasia Gorol of Poland, Alexandra Per of Spain, Cosette Munch of Sweden, and Lua P of Peru. Voting will begin on December 5 so if you’d like to help Camille be the next Mango It Girl, register in Lookbook.nu pronto, that is unless you’re already a member of course.

And what’s up for grabs? Well, apart from being named the Mango It Girl for Mango’s S/S 2012 online campaign, the grand prize winner will also receive a $10,000 check for the charity of their choice, a new Mango wardrobe worth $500, and an expense-paid trip to Mango HQ in Barcelona, Spain.

Mango first took an interest in style bloggers last year with the MANGO Loves Fashion Bloggers project. Andy Torres of stylescrapbook.com (watch her video below) bested 7 others and was named the Mango It Girl for A/W2011. This time around, the brand partnered with LOOKBOOK.nu, the host to the style diaries of many internet savvy fashionistas.
