Wearing two different earrings was first to become a thing, followed by mismatched shoes (thanks to Celine). This time around, carrying one designer bag just isn't enough. Courtesy of the runways of Chanel and Jacquemus, the new trend is making us consider flaunting two totes at the same time.

Locally, Heart Evangelista was the first we've seen riding the trend—with her layered bag technique we couldn't help but swoon over. Perhaps it's the unexpected twist to the luxury bags or the sense of whimsy it creates; nonetheless, it was quite a practical styling technique. Who wants to overstuff one's bag anyway, right?
