Veteran volleyball player and beauty queen Michele Gumabao shines bright in this gloomy season as her team continues its preparation for her participation in the Miss Universe Philippines pageant.
The 28-year-old is among this year's candidates scheduled to hit the stage for the first live edition of the pageant this October 25. Michele, who earned the title Miss Globe Philippines in 2018, is once again competing, this time vying for the country's Miss Universe title.
Just last week she posted a few Instagram updates on the preps for next month's event.
Don't worry: Her team has secured legal permits and had everyone tested before doing her photoshoot in a resort in Pangasinan. "My team and I went through a lot in this trip, from everyone getting tested to securing our permits, [a] last minute change of location, to finally arriving in Pangasinan where it was raining hard and the sun was nowhere in sight," she said in her post.
Other candidates also posted their entries for the pre-pageant "swimsuit" competition online.
