Made out of 100% genuine gems worth millions of dollars, the blinged out and bejeweled brassiere serves as the much-awaited attraction of the night along with the lucky supermodel who gets to wear it.
This year, supermodel Elsa Hosk was given the honor of walking down the runway with the incredibly lavish garment. “Hands down best bday present EVER IN LIFE!!!!!! The 2018 fantasy bra... Valued at a million dollars, this year’s Dream Angels Fantasy Bra is encrusted with over 2100 Swarovski diamonds and sourced topaz, along with its 71-carat center piece. Arguably one of the most ostentatious fashion pieces of the year, crafting the million dollar silver bra took a whopping 930 hours!
But that’s not all. It’s been reported that, for the first time in the history of the show, a version of the fantasy bra will finally be available for public purchase online and at select Victoria’s Secret stores. The commercial version will still be made with Swarosvski crystals valued at $250 and will be out on November 29.
The 29-year-old supermodel will be joining the ranks of former Fantasy Bra wearers, including Heidi Klum, Miranda Kerr, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, and even Tyra Banks!
