You're one step closer to slipping into that fantastic look.

Have you ever spent your whole month's salary on a designer piece for that extra special event, only to find it months later gathering dust in your closet? Add in the crippling realization that you just spent an obscene amount of money on a dress you'll probably never wear again, and suddenly you're questioning your entire life's decisions. Luckily, you soon won’t have to worry because based on our newest find on IG, Qurator’s Pam Quiñones has the answer to that nightmare with Vestido, which, according to its bio, is a "fashion rental and closet sharing space.”

Posts from Vestido’s Instagram (@vestido.manila) show an eclectic wardrobe selection from both local and international designers like Valentino, Jacquemus, Alexander McQueen, Yves Camingue, Rajo Laurel, and a whole lot more. Each post is accompanied by the hashtag #likeitleaseit, which sounds to us like a promising tease. I mean who wouldn’t want to don an (old) Céline leather dress at least once in their life? While the website is yet to go live, Vestido’s Instagram alone has stirred up an undeniable excitement in us that we haven’t felt since RSVP, the designer eveningwear rental service that launched last year.

The soon-to-open leasing space is also reminiscent of the highly succesful U.S. based Rent the Runway Unlimited where shoppers are permitted to rent as many designer items allowed for a savory subscription price of $159 a month. In fact, shoppers loved the idea so much that RTR's New York botique reportedly constantly looks like a Black Friday extravaganza. Meanwhile, while information on the renting and returning logistics of Vestido aren't available just yet, we're already looking forward to all the steals a platform like this can provide if RTR's success is any indication.

The only catch, of course, is quite obvious enough. As for any rental service, make sure to keep the item in its prime condition upon returning. It's pretty much basic courtesy to the business and future borrowers of the same piece. Meaning steer clear from wine stains, any sauce related incidents, or actions that may make you bust a seam for the night and you, and your IG feed, are as good as gold.
