There's a new type of horror movie out, and it's made specifically for our generation.
While "Unfriended" has been out for a good month, the hype around it hasn’t died down. Laurence Scott of theFinancial Times recently wrote a piece entitled “Unfriended: a horror move for the digital age” centered on how the movie reveals our generation’s “growing anxiety over social media.”
Unfriended takes place in the screen of a girl named Blaire. The movie’s plot revolves around the revenge of the ghost of Laura Barns, who committed suicide the year before after a humiliating drunken video of her went viral.
