Love found its footing in many a celebrity in 2022, and of course, where there’s a wedding, there’s also a gown or three to take our breaths away. Whether the bride’s a Korean superstar, a Hollywood songstress, or an Olympic gold medalist, you can bet these personalities looked nothing short of magnificent during their big day, and we’ve rounded all their looks up for you.
All the Memorable Celebrity Wedding Dresses in 2022
Shaira Luna
First up is thrift queen Shaira Luna who lucked out by finding a gorgeous P100 frock from The Jones Archive. The vintage dress featured a mock neck, puff sleeves, and lace overlays that went perfectly well with the photographer’s enduring soft and dainty aesthetic.

Aubrey Miles
Aubrey Miles and her partner, Troy Montero, tied the knot in 2022, almost two decades into their relationship. The pair opted for a simple civil ceremony that saw the actress in an off-shoulder lace dress with glitter appliques by Jazel Sy.

Angela Muhlach
What’s a wedding dress list without mentioning gown designer to the stars Michael Cinco? The lucky lady who said her vows clad in one of the couturier’s majestic creations was Angela Muhlach. The bride lived out a modern fairytale in a dramatic ballgown made with a sheer, lace bodice and skirt, embellished with crystals and floral appliques.

Hidilyn Diaz
Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz stunned in two gowns for her wedding to Julian Naranjo. The first one, worn to her welcome party, was a romantic tea-length Vania Romoff frock, with a light blue floral pattern and an oversized bow at the back. Meanwhile, her gown for the actual ceremony was an intricate, off-shoulder number, with a sweetheart neckline and a detachable train. Yet another knockout choice as crafted by Francis Libiran.

Jess Wilson
Speaking of multiple outfit changes, Jess Wilson wore a grand total of three dresses to her nuptials! She first said “I do” in a dreamy layered ball gown with a bustier style bodice by Monique Lhuillier.

On the other hand, her second look was courtesy of Vania Romoff: a silk midi dress that stood out for its oversized bow, just like Hidilyn’s!

Lastly, Jess’s final outfit of the night was a floor-grazing gown by French-Israeli designer Liz Martinez. It featured a deep-V neckline and streaks of white and silver details.

Vice Ganda
Straying from the pack and dazzling all the while, Vice Ganda remained true to her streetwear style in her commitment ceremony with Ion Perez. The comedienne paired her Nike Air Force 1 with a dainty collared dress made with romantic lacy sleeves.

Fabiola Valentin and Mariana Varela
In one of our favorite 2022 plot twists, Miss Grand International 2020 contestants Fabiola Valentín and Mariana Varela tied the knot in November. They revealed the wonderful surprise news through an Instagram video, which was met by well wishes from their pageant contemporaries. The two got hitched in Puerto Rico in stunning white (and black) blazer ensembles.

Park Shin Hye
Park Shin Hye married her actor-boyfriend Choi Tae Joon early into the year. As a gift to fans, she posted a series of photos wearing three different wedding gowns. The extra kicker? Two of her looks were made by a Filipino designer!
Shin Hye wore a lacy long-sleeved number in the first set of photos. The intricate frock, which featured a corset bodice, was created by Monique Lhuillier for her Spring 2021 Bridal Collection.

Next up was a figure-hugging Oscar dela Renta number with laser-cut details and a sweetheart neckline. Tae Joon looked dapper beside her in a navy blue velvet jacket.

For her final look, Shin Hye once again dawned a gown by Monique Lhuillier. The actress looked exquisite in a billowy-sleeved frock, embellished with Queen Anne's Lace details.

Son Ye Jin
We’d be remiss not to mention the breathtaking nuptials of Korea’s power couple Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin. In true Yoon Se-ri style, Ye Jin turned heads with two outfit changes for her wedding. The first was a tulle, off-shoulder frock by Mira Zwillinger. The best part of the look lay in the dress’s overskirt, which were made with layers of soft tulle and decorated with abstract lace.

Ye Jin’s second 'fit strayed from the traditional white gown. ICYMI, it was a billowy sage frock by Vera Wang, from the designer’s Bridal Spring 2020 collection.

Jennifer Lopez
Another celebrity who subscribed to the multiple-gown craze was Jennifer Lopez. All her looks were crafted by Ralph Lauren, whose fashion house explained that all three dress designs were meant to be “modern heirlooms for a timeless romance.” Check them out below!
