We slightly freaked out when we saw the breathtaking hot air balloon posts of the It girls in Cappadocia, Turkey that we failed to realize there’s so much more to the place than just a great view. While rummaging through the IG feeds of Isabelle Daza and Martine Cajucom who both just came back from their separate trips, we discovered more about the country that's home to blue mosques, kebabs, and sweet baklava. Below, take a peek at their stylish travel diary.
Isabelle Daza kicked off her Turkey adventure with an OOTD by the docks wearing Patty Ang co-ords.
The following day, she went with a cool blue Bench top paired with white shorts, her adidas Originals Superstar slip-ons, and Sunnies Studios sunglasses for a walk around Istanbul.
Even her mosaic-print silk jammies and breakfast in bed were double tap-worthy.
Belle shared on her IG that while her beau, Adrien Selblat, was busy planning the itinerary, she complained about being hungry every hour. Lol. We can just imagine all the legit kebabs and baklava one can devour when in Turkey! But seeing her fit bod, it definitely didn't show - especially in her stripe-on-stripe outfit worn with adidas Originals Supershell.
Aside from going on a food trip around the country, Belle and Adrien also visited this 450-year-old mosque to complete their Turkish experience. Areas like these have dress codes, hence Belle's outfit.
She, of course, capped off her posts with the glorious Capadoccia hot air balloons.
Martine, on the other hand, began her trip with an all-white ensemble for her first-stop, the Blue Mosques. We love how the scarf brought instant character to her simple look.
The following day, she gave her look a total opposite twist—in rainbow colors, no less! She's still with the little cutie who is the absolute perfect accessory to her jovial OOTD.
Of course, it wouldn't be Martine without showing a little side boob and baring her back. It does look quite hot in the dessert, after all.
On a laidback day, she opted for a white tee, denim cutoffs, and Alexander Wang sandals.
Martine didn't miss the chance to also visit the popular tourist site, Pamukkale, which directly translates to cotton castle in English. It's a natural site in Southern Turkey, famous for their hot springs. And nope, Martine wasn't wearing a maillot just for the sake of taking an OOTD! Those are Calcium Carbonate deposits, not snow.
She also had an all-black ensemble consisting of separates from Sam & Lavi and her Alexander Wang flats.
Here's Martine looking effortlessly chic in an Acne Studios T-shirt dress and a pair of mules.
Here she is slaying it in another white frock. This backless beauty with a thigh-high slit is from NBD, which she paired with a Bimba Y Lola purse, Rafa USA ruby sandals and, of course, Sunnies Studios sunglasses.
Martine call this an "impractical archaeologist look"—the perfect outfit to watch the sunrise and hundreds of hot air balloons in.
Now we're seriously itching to book a flight to Turkey!
