Is it even possible for Tootsy Angara to disappoint with her SONA looks at this point? The answer so far continues to be a resounding no. Much like her Rajo Laurel-designed number from last year, Tootsy dons yet another white silk frock for SONA 2019, this time by designer Michael Leyva.
Senator Sonny Angara's wife looks stunning in a simple off-shoulder silk dress rendered with a slight slit to the side. But what really makes this white frock stand out from the rest are its voluminous piña sleeves that give Tootsy a chic upper hand. She finished off her SONA outfit with pointy-toed metallic heels, pearl earrings, and a simple beauty look to cohere with the rest of her look.
Carrying the same advocacy as last year, Tootsy once again wore a rainbow pin that strikingly stands out against her white ensemble. The pin is in support of the LGBT community as they continue to fight for the passing of the Anti-Dicrimination Bill, or the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE) Equality Bill, which is meant to protect the community from sexuality and gender-based dicrimination.
