You often hear of fashion companies rethinking existing business models and updating to more sustainable options. The truth is most just follow the industry standard of using 30 percent recycled cotton which, granted, still makes a difference at the end of the day. Tommy Hilfiger, however, is working with 100 percent recycled denim for its latest collection.

With the Recycled Denim collection, Tommy Jeans is using innovative techniques to blend cotton scraps and bed linens taken from the apparel industry's factory floors and hotel and hospitality industry. And when the brand says 100 percent, it really means it as even the stitching thread is made from recycled plastic bottles. Take a look at the lookbook below.
